ALF Newsletter Sponsor Program

This summer, we will be launching a monthly print newsletter and mailing it directly to all 3,000+ Florida licensed ALF’s. The newsletter will be approximately 12 pages to start, and will cover topics that are relevant to Assisted Living Facility operators. Topics will include:

• Hospice
• Home Healthcare
• Legal
• Human Resources
• Dietary Regulation and Updates
• Liability and Insurance
• Real Estate
• Finance
• Pharmacy
• Marketing
• Technology
• Activities
• Spotlight

In order to provide the most comprehensive and informative industry newsletter, we are forming a unique marketing cooperative. The cooperative will offer sponsorship opportunities to different service partners. Each partner will be from a different niche within the long term care industry. By forming this marketing cooperative effort, we are able to share the costs of design, publishing, and distribution. In addition, in creating and publishing collectively, our collective content sum is worth more than it’s parts. 

Each sponsor partner will have 1 page within the newsletter to use for a combination of advertisement and content. In addition, sponsors will be listed in the resource page. Sponsors can purchase additional pages at production costs on a first-come, first-served basis. Content can be articles, news, Q&A, events, etc. Any remaining space can be used for ad copy. For example, ¾ page article and a ¼ page ad. Sponsors must provide at minimum ¼ page content each month by the submission deadline. 

Our initial estimate for sponsorship is approximately $350 per month. This will allow you to market directly to the 3000+ ALF facilities every month. The newsletter will be informative and have a high likelihood of engaging the attention of the owner/operator.

At this time, we are not asking for any commitment. Rather, we are gauging the potential interest, seeking the best possible partners, and taking reservations. Once we reach the threshold of between 8-10 sponsors, we will begin planning the launch of the monthly publication.
