Welcome to My ALF Consultant.

My name is Kalei Stocktill. My wife Sheryl and I own and operate a 32 bed assisted living facility in Satellite Beach, Florida. We officially opened our facility in 2009 starting with just 1 small 4 bed building. We grew the assisted living business organically and methodically. Every year we brought new buildings online and found unique ways to add beds to our capacity. Today, our Assisted Living consists of 6 buildings with 32 residents on nearly 2 acres of land. Sheryl and I were involved with every aspect of the business and learned a so much in the process.

In 2012, we formed My ALF Consultant. We had a vision to help other people through the process of opening, operating, and marketing their own assisted living community or residence. That year, we launched My ALF Training to provide online learning for Florida Assisted Living Facilities and Adult Family Care Homes.

Similar to our assisted living, with My ALF Training, we have taken a slow approach to our growth. Each year we added courses and built a strong support and development team. My ALF Training has grown to become the largest online training provider for ALF and AFCH in Florida. We are contracted with over 200 communities, both large and small to provide training services for their staff.
